Here is a picture of us at Knotts last weekend. Well we found out that our 5th child will be a boy. He displayed his prowess proudly for us on Wednesday. We have decided to name him Brody Michael (after his grandpa). We will call him Smiley alot of the time to honor Papaw Mike. This is going to be a rough road to travel down for the next few months but we will endure. Nat is going to Indiana this week to assist Mike with the Chemo Recovery efforts as he has treatment on Thursday. Also, Katie turns 13 this week so it works out great! We will all be there in 2 weeks again and we will be able to assess the severity of his cancer. We are grateful for the knowledge we have been given of the Lord's Plan of Happiness as we know we will be able to be together forever. DAD

Hey. love the blog.welcome the nerdy yet cool world of blogging.good luck with the chemo recovery. my grandfather went through it and my grandmother is going through it now.its rough on everybody but worth it if it works. The thoughts and prayers of the powell family will be with you guys.keep up the good work on the blog.It gives my wife one more family to "keep tabs on."
Thanks dude. We are doing okay but he is in the advanced stages so we are nervous. Hopefully I will get to teach him a little about the Plan! Thanks for all of your hardwork, I know it hasnt been easy on ya! Keep in touch my young crunk brutha!
